    At Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy, we believe in providing customized pharmacy and shopping experiences, building relationships with our clientele and working collaboratively across all store functions. We proudly operate 28 boutique drug stores across six different states and employ over 500 top tier Managers, Practitioners and Pharmacists. As an Assistant Store Manager, you are the face of Pharmaca’s mission and our commitment to the well-being of our patients.


     


    We pride our ASM’s on their abilities to create nurturing and collaborative settings for our team members in addition to facilitating pleasant shopping experiences for our customers. Our ASM’s serve as the MOD in the absence of the SM and are responsible for carrying out all Pharmaca processes and procedures to the best of their abilities. Pharmaca’s ASM’s are proven leaders with innate skills to drive their team and store to success. Sales skills are important to succeed in this role and the ability to connect with a wide variety of audiences is essential.


     


    Requirement


                -Minimum of one year experience in a supervisory role


                -Retail and sales experience with a proven history of exceeding sales goals


                -Ability to speak to a wide variety of products; experience with natural products/supplements is a plus!


                -Strong POS expertise; UltiPro practice preferred


                -Proven success in team leadership and development


                -Capacity to work fast and run lean


                -Flexible schedule to include some evenings/weekends and holidays
