Our Wellness Counselors are what differentiate Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy from any other business. We rely on our Counselors to share their knowledge and training with our customers and to support them in making educated health and wellness purchases, curtailing to the clients’ individual needs.  As everyone in the store operates as one team, our Counselors also assist with merchandising, stocking and providing support as needed across all channels.

Sales skills are important to succeed in this role and having the ability to connect with a wide variety of audiences is essential.

Our ideal candidates will have:

-Extensive experience and knowledge in area of expertise (i.e. herbal medicine, homeopathy, naturopathic medicine, nutrition, traditional Chinese medicine, etc.)

-Ability to collaborate with our traditional pharmacy

-Confidence in speaking with customers while staying within DSHEA Guidelines

-Experience operating a point of sale system

-Flexibility in scheduling, including availability for some evenings and weekend
