Pharmaca’s Marketing Administrative Assistant supports the marketing department to deliver creative and informative marketing materials to our retail stores and pharmacies. This entry-level position is a fantastic opportunity for the individual who is looking to begin their career in marketing administration. Those who crave a collaborative environment paired with the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of retail/brand marketing will thrive in this role.This position will report directly to our Marketing Manager.

 

Here’s what our Marketing Coordinator does:

  • Communicates with stores and manages requests for marketing materials
  • Manages weekly shipments of marketing materials to stores
  • Coordinators w/ the creative team to ensure stores receive materials on time
  • Maintains marketing materials inventory both on premise and at print vendors
  • Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with creative team
  • Leads weekly creative team meetings to review project schedule and manage project trafficking
  • Manages all department invoicing and tracks invoices via Excel. Tracks all accruals and works with VP of Marketing to manage expenses
  • Creates and sets up coupon promotions
  • Supports marketing managers on social media promotions

 

Here’s what we require from top candidates:

  • 4-year undergraduate degree preferred
  • Strong project management skills and organization
  • Great people person – effective at building relationships and working cross-functionally
  • Has a minimum of 1 year invoice maintenance and tracking experience
  • Possesses outstanding attention to detail
  • Is skilled with Excel spreadsheets and knows their way around a pivot table
  • Can think strategically and creatively
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Is highly motivated, independent and capable of self-starting
